I was one of the earliest supporters of CII (1993). I currently serve as President of the Board and a trainer (in the middle east and the US) for The Compassionate Listening Project, and the President of a consulting firm that focuses on deep approaches to conflict resolution in organizations, communities and families. I am trained in counseling, mediation, leadership development, and psycho spiritual development. My work is grounded in the work of Martin Buber, Tom Atlee, Ken Wilber, Bill Ury and the mystics of every religious tradition.
    Everything that furthers the healing of our system into aligning with Being is interesting to me. All of our old and new ways of co-creating relationships, organizations, and communities that live from Deep Truth fascinate me, though my passion is in facilitating the healing of the middle east and other hot conflicts.
